I highly recommend this dental office! I’ve been going here for many years and have never been disappointed! They are a small private practice so they really get to know you (they literally ask how my dog is doing by name) and you feel comfortable the second you walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly and professional, from reception to the dental hygienists to the doctor and his assistants! Always very honest, fair and upbeat!

I had a family emergency. This office took care of me like I was family. I broke a tooth. I was in pain. I called up. They took me the same day. They did a crown prep the very next day. They had a crown and installed it I just could not get over all the help that they gave me what I recommend these people to anyone else you bet your life I would.

Questions Cape Coral
Dental Patients Ask

Dental bonding is a cosmetic procedure in which Dr. Nelson applies a tooth-colored composite resin material directly to the surface of a tooth to correct chips, cracks, discoloration, or minor gaps. The resin is shaped and hardened with a curing light, then polished to blend seamlessly with surrounding teeth. Bonding is typically completed in a single visit and requires little to no removal of natural tooth structure, making it one of the most conservative cosmetic options available.

Professional teeth whitening results typically last six months to two years depending on diet, oral hygiene habits, and lifestyle factors such as coffee, tea, or tobacco use. Dr. Nelson offers in-office whitening for patients looking for immediate results, and can recommend touch-up options to help maintain brightness over time. Unlike over-the-counter products, professional-grade whitening treatments are customized to the patient’s teeth and monitored for comfort and effectiveness.

Veneers are considered a long-term commitment because a small amount of enamel is typically removed from the tooth surface during preparation, a change that cannot be reversed. However, with proper care, porcelain veneers can last 10 to 20 years and are highly resistant to staining. Dr. Nelson will evaluate whether veneers are appropriate based on the patient’s bite, gum health, and cosmetic goals, and will walk through all available options before any treatment is recommended.

Yes. Many patients achieve their best results by combining two or more cosmetic services. A common approach is to begin with teeth whitening to establish a target shade, then use bonding or veneers to address structural concerns while matching that brighter tone. Dr. Nelson will develop a treatment sequence that makes sense for the patient’s goals, timeline, and budget.

Cosmetic treatment costs vary depending on the procedure and the number of teeth involved. Dental bonding is generally the most affordable option, while veneers represent a higher investment given the materials and customization involved. The practice accepts most major PPO insurance plans for any portion of treatment that may qualify, and offers CareCredit financing for patients who prefer a flexible payment option. Dr. Nelson’s team will provide a clear cost breakdown during the consultation so patients can plan with confidence.
