I simply adore Dr Nelson and his entire staff! They are so compassionate, friendly and honest which is so hard to find in dentistry nowadays. I mistakenly went to another dentist who told me I had 13 cavities from my Hyperemesis and Dr Nelson gladly fixed the 3 actual cavities I had. He is definitely the best and I hold ridiculously high standards for all medical professionals  being a nurse and knowing not all doctors are created equal. Sarah (Hygienist), was so gentle & accommodating to my unrelated health issues. Previously, I had a “dental emergency” the day before leaving on a cruise & a temporary solution was provided, allowing me to enjoy my vacation & take care of the situation with a permanent solution when I returned. Had an emergency issue and I was able to get an appointment and have the situation resolved in just over an hour including my drive time. That is almost unheard of customer service. I can't say how much I appreciate the office staff being patient with me and understanding my needs, Dr. Nelson making the time for me in his busy schedule, and how personal and friendly everyone is in the practice every time I visit. I highly recommend this dental office! I’ve been going here for many years and have never been disappointed! They are a small private practice so they really get to know you (they literally ask how my dog is doing by name) and you feel comfortable the second you walk in the door.
